Shoura BNC was founded on the belief that lasting change comes from within communities. We are a Jordanian civil society organization that depends on participatory approaches, consultation, and building partnerships to define societal priorities together with the affected communities.
Our name, "Shoura," means consultation and collective decision-making — and that's exactly how we work. We seek consensus on development issues, putting community voices at the center of everything we do.
